Doctor says Trump’s ‘brain is shrinking’ as health fears escalate 'he can't shut his mouth'

A licensed physical therapist has sparked controversy after making dramatic claims about former President Donald Trump’s health, alleging that his cognitive abilities may be deteriorating rapidly. The assertions were made by Adam James, a licensed physical therapist, during a discussion with U.S. political commentator David Pakman, where he suggested Trump could be facing serious neurological decline.

Since returning to office last year, Trump has repeatedly drawn attention for unexplained bruising on his hands, occasionally appearing covered with makeup, along with moments of visible confusion. His recent public appearances have raised eyebrows, particularly long speeches that wander off topic and leave audiences struggling to follow his point.

One of the most discussed examples came during his address at the World Economic Forum in Davos, where his remarks were widely described as difficult to understand. At one point, he appeared to confuse Greenland with Iceland, repeatedly drifting away from his original topic before abruptly pivoting to unrelated issues.

These moments have added fuel to ongoing Trump health fears, especially as similar incidents keep surfacing during live broadcasts. In fact, Trump himself recently made headlines after predicting how long he thinks he’ll live, a comment that stunned both supporters and critics.

Media scrutiny has also intensified, with outlets like Fox News and CNN occasionally cutting away mid-remarks. One such incident involved Fox News halting coverage during a Trump statement, while other reports pointed to Trump’s habits possibly contributing to cognitive decline.

James argues these patterns suggest frontal lobe impairment, which affects impulse control and decision-making. He cited moments where Trump acknowledged he should not reveal certain information but did so anyway, reinforcing concerns raised after Trump sparked major health fears during recent appearances.

He also questioned explanations for marks on Trump’s hands, suggesting they could be IV sites rather than minor injuries. This theory gained traction following reports claiming Trump may have only months left to live—a claim that remains highly controversial but widely discussed.
